Blue Parcel – Merchant Help Page- How to add your product/s to Blue Parcel

Tutorial 1 - Merchant Sign-up (Video1) -This video tutorial is designed for users who want to sell new products online:

Blue Parcel has made it easier for you to add products to our site so that you can start selling online in no time. Simply follow the instructions below:

1. Open your web browser (Internet explorer or Mozilla Firefox ) and type http://www.blueparcel.com . Left-click ‘ go ' or hit Enter on your keyboard.

2. On the blueparcel homepage Left- click the ‘ Sign Up for Merchant account ' button

3. You are now on the Merchant Register - Account Details screen . Fill in your details being sure to tick the checkbox saying that you have read the terms and conditions

4. Left - Click

5. You are now on the Merchant Register - Bank Details screen . The bank details allow me to pay you once products have been ordered from the blueparcel . Please complete the Account name, BSB and Account number fields . At no point in time are these bank details given to any third party.

6. Left – Click

7. You are now on the Merchant Register - Your Products screen. This is where you add the products onto the Blue Parcel website. Simply complete the following Fields:

SKU – ‘Product code' eg. BEN0070 – This is a unique product code/id.

Name – Product Name e.g Blue Parcel T-shirt

Product type : Leave as Generic

MSRP – Marked Sales Retail Price

Cost – Cost – This is what the product cost

Price – Price – This is the Price that will be displayed to customers on Blue Parcel

Manufacturer - Leave as –No Manufacturer-

Text – any text e.g ‘per item'

Properties – This field will be pre-populated with your username

Description - Write a detailed information about your product

Short – a brief Description of the product -

Small image : upload an image must be: 110px x 110px

Large image : upload a large image must be: 220px x 220px

8. Once you have filled in the information correctly Left click -

9. The following Merchant Registration - Confirmation Page will appear:

10. To add more Products Left-Click which will take you back to Step 3

11. To Manage your products by adding shipping information/additional images etc Left - click

12. When you are brought to the admin screen use the username and password you set up in Step 1 to access the Blue Parcel Merchant admin screen

13. To Access this screen in future Left – Click on the www.blueparcel.com homepage. Left-click to access the Blue Parcel Merchant admin screen.
