Orders & Delivery Australia
All customers within Australia will be charged a flat rate set by the manufacturer per delivery.
Purchases made within Australia will be delivered by Manufacturers choice of Couriers within 7 working days from the date of purchase. A signature is required upon delivery, therefore we recommend a work address if more convenient.
If you have special delivery instructions such as leaving your package at the door if you are not home please make a note of this when checking out.
Courier deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box. In the event of a PO Box being nominated as the delivery address, items will be sent via Express Post within 7days.
Overseas
Blue Parcel delivers to Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and Europe within 7 days from the date of purchase. Overseas purchases will be delivered by Manufacturers choice of Couriers , and charged a flat rate set by the manufacturer . Blue Parcel will not be held accountable for any extra taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.

7. The agent will notify the principal of any order placed with the agent for the purchase of the principal's goods within 3 business days of an order being placed with the agent by a purchaser.
8. The principal will despatch the goods for delivery to the purchaser within 3 business days of notification by the agent of an order having been placed.
9. The principal warrants that it will duly insure the goods in transit for delivery to the purchaser and save harmless the agent for any damage to goods in transit and/or for goods lost in transit.
10. In the event that the goods are damaged or lost in transit, the principal will accept the goods for return and: -
10.1 replace the goods; or
10.2 refund the purchaser's payment.
11. In the event that the principal refunds a purchaser's money for lost or damaged goods, the principal is still liable to pay any commission due to the agent for the sale. to the agent for the sale.
